Perfect webshop! If you need to have a look at the watch in real life, they don't mind to make an appointment at their office. Also, they delivered the watch within 24 hours, luckily in time to give this watch in time. I initially wanted to buy the watch at outletuur.nl, but after waiting 2 weeks for information on a watch, I skipped them and bought directly from Guama. much better customer service and I recommend it to everyone! You guys are doing a good job.
Service is good, no big issues. Would buy here again. Bought a new watch for my girlfriend. She lost hers and they had the exact same one at Guama. First delivery was as promised, and better; ordered after 7pm, still got it the next day! While we went to a watchspecialist to make the wristband smaller, it became clear the lock didn't work properly. It was sent back the next day, checked out and after 2 days it was already fixed and sent back. No issues, no questions asked. Thanks!
