For almost a month trying to get a technician to pass by to fix our zonwering... never got an answer after a few emails and calls... if you don’t want to take the job just say so, was no problem.

This place should not be a pick up point. It's only open in office hours. Only possible day for working people to pick up their packages is Saturday, and that was also changed in very last moment one week. Edit: I didn't choose that pick up point nor dpd as courier. It should be delivered to my address but was left at only pick up point in the neighborhood. Ideed I won't order again from the shop that has only that delivery option.
Extremely unhelpful and rude staff, my package arrived damaged and the lady there refused to give me any confirmation of sending it back. Since then the package misteriously disappeared as there is no indication from DPD that they received it for return. Stay away from this place: unprofessional, unfriendly, uncooperative.
Do not have your DPD package delivered here. DPD told me on the phone that the store refused to accept my package (which was regular sized) from the courier, so they must have knowingly decided not to tell me when I visited the store twice to find out where my package had gone. It was already back at the place where I ordered it! Besides, their opening hours are quite inconvenient for people with a regular working week (not to mention closed on mondays). Don’t open a pickup point if you’re not willing to provide service at all.
After a couple of visit to them, their unprofessionalism keeps surprising me. I hardly ever experienced such unhelpful and apathetic behavior. Don't go there
