Never buy ecco or at least never go to this specific shop! I bought a shoe on sale and after using of 10 minutes it broke, a day later I went to the shop at Delft and ask them for repair. After 10 days, they said we cannot repair, you can only buy something else with that amount of money. However, sale time was finished and I did not want to buy out of sale. I asked refund of my money and they said it is not possible BECAUSE YOU BOUGHT IT ON THE SALE!!!! This sentence is the really funniest statement in the business. At the end I asked them to return the shoe from factory, surprisingly they said we cannot do that!!!! conclusion: There is only one way and you have spend your money here more and more. Beyond this, they way the manager of store talked to me was very impolite and rude.
