I was at the shop today 17 February 2022 around 16:30. I admit I was not dressed up nicely not had shaved and my hair was a mess. Bought two boxes of chocolates each costing around 6,50 and walked towards the cashier to pay and saw a box of chocolates which looked pretty good so I informed the store representative that I would take that box as well. To my surprise I was simply told that it was an expensive box costing 25 Euros. Indirectly she was implying that can I pay for the box? So asked her what was she trying to say and she replied lit of people find it expensive. I got the message told the lady I don't intend to buy the chocolates anymore. Wished her a good day told her that she lost a sales of almost 40 euros in 7 minutes and left. She needs good customer management training. If not the owner is losing sales.

Great staff, very friendly. The Hot Chocolate they serve tastes just as amazing as the fancy chocolates themselves. Would definitely recommend stopping by and picking up a small box, I’ll guarantee you’ll go back for a second one.
