The stuff is polite but I had some misunderstandings happening in the past because not all of them speak English. But then again, it is the Netherlands so I cannot complain more\u200d️ nice variety in cards also

Super unfriendly woman behind the counter. Had to send a package and she was super harsh in communicating and the way she came across. Only went here because it was the only store I could send my package.

DON’T SEND ANY MAIL HERE BY POSTNL!The service is incredibly bad, they even didn’t check if you wrote the receiver’s name on the envelope and right format of the address...they just want to charge you money and then it’s not their business...worst experience to send a package ever in Netherlands
