I visited the shop for repair the laptop with a broken keyboard. The staff charged 25 euros and claimed that one staff with small hand can do the work and would call me back when it is ready. Until end of the day, I called the shop with the answer that nothing can be done with the broken keys except I order a new one and the replacement of the whole keyboard. when I collected the laptop this morning and paid 25 euros for nothing! I asked them why 25 euros were charged, the answer was the investment of time on investigation. Are you kidding? - I paid 25 euros for your watching the laptop and saying nothing I can do. Unbelievable!
