Reading these comments I really hope things have changed at this facility because this place is suppose to help people not make them fail. I will be writing a letter to make sure things are going accordingly. Sad to see that when people actually want to change they get treated as if they are animals.

It's like being at the zoo and all the animals have escaped and they do what they want to do. Some of the monitors (staff) need to learn that respect goes a long way when given. The director Ms. Orr-Brown is the best. Friendly,helpful,good hearted. If you want to change your life and you have to be here,make the best of it and mind your business. Only YOU can prevent relapse!
