Ordered tonight for the first time, delivery was quick but the chicken gravy with chips was not cooked properly & I spoke to some lady who was nice an apologiesd and sent me another fresh chip but this time skinny chips and these were undercooked also, I didn't even phone again as the delivery driver was coming from Ards to bangor which is far enough. I did get a 10 voucher for the trouble but to get two deliveries with undercooked chips has put me off. Very disappointed for the price.

Food and service was great. Friendly staff and got all this food and drinks for less than 12 because of the 50% off.
I absolutely love this place. We get from them at least once a week, first place in Bangor to do proper buffalo (hot) wings. My children say this place is the other favourite place of them all. Wonderful service and wonderful food, delivery is always fast. Theyve dropped in extra treats for the kids which they were delighted with, thank you for your service:)
My son and I had breakfast at your Conway Square Urban café one Saturday morning and opted for a sausage and egg bap. Horrendous. I could get better from McDonalds and their breakfast are not good but at least they are not charging your prices. It was like eating plastic. I have been visiting your Del Piero's café for a long time with no complaints about the tray bakes and coffee but I think that is where your forte ends.
