Excellent place. It is a bit far from deggendorf Train Station. Clean and comfortable. Well equipped. New Furniture. Fast response from landlord. Helpful management team. Parking also available . I spent 2 years in this luxury room. Its the best places in Deggendorf I highly recommend to you for owing the room on rent..

worst company ever. Have been managing our building and they are not able to calculate the costs of the year appropriately. They sent 3 times the costs with differences up to 30% percent (of course asking us to pay the money without given an explanation and that is it). Waiting times for an answer to an email could last up to 6 - 8 weeks, and still the answers are not addressing all your questions. We requested a meeting to understand the wrong calculations made for the costs. Their answer: we do not have time. I would like to understand at least, what I am entitled to with the house management fees. No way to trust a company like that. Today, I wrote to the manager (after receiving for 4th time an invoice that we already payed). I have my hope on this. Ps: on top of that, the building is never cleaned until the owners put pressure on it. What are the responsibilities of the cleaners? By contract, how many times they should clean the building in the year?
