Alistair did a showroom valet on my BMW M4. I have to say I have had a nightmare experience with this company. After cleaning the interior the instrument cluster has been left with fine scratches and swirls which were not there before (visible every evening when sun lower in the sky). I phoned to ask him about this and he said a microfibre could not damage the glass (despite the fact i pointed out it was in fact plastic not glass and a friend who is also a detailer said it was the softest type of plastic which will easily scratch with microfibres). I phoned him to discuss the matter and he never once offered to come and see the damage. Instead he instantly got defensive, said I did an inspection of the car afterwards and did not point it out at that point (but this was in the morning and the swirls are only visible later in the day when sun shining through the window). Then to top things off he accused me of damaging it myself since (during the past 3 days since he came) and then trying to lay the blame on him. If your car matters to you I would not not trust leaving your pride and joy with this man and he has zero integrity. Now I am left with a bill of over 1000 to replace the instrument cluster. Avoid like the plague!
