Love the deli food and relaxed atmosphere. Upmarket feel at reasonable prices. Somewhere very different from anywhere else in central Cheshire

What a great selection of wines! Very friendly owners who are happy to help out. All masked and hand sanitiser at the door. Plenty of distancing. Very good experience

One of our favourites in Cheshire, always beautiful wine, food& atmosphere. Not only that, but we went to the shop during lockdown looking for horseradish for the roast we were cooking at home and, as they unfortunately didn’t sell any, the chef gave us a little pot from the kitchen for free! Such a lovely place :)

Can't recommend highly enough. We had the Cote de Boeuf which we asked to have rare and it was cooked to perfection. A lovely Shiraz was recommended to go with it. Great staff, good social distancing and lovely atmosphere

What's not to like about Define. Changed their menu to a tapas style. Combination of sea food, meat and vegetarian dishes. We were celebrating and 4 people eating. 3 dishes each was just enough. Lovely food, we had a mixture of all dishes types and were pipping hot and served in batches of 2 at a time. We finished off with desserts and the tiramasu was to die for.
