I highly recommend Define Clinic. I decided to travelled there from Norfolk following a very informative phone consultation with Ashleigh. I'm pleased to say the treatment and service did not disappoint. On arrival I was welcomed with a smile (under our masks!) and both Ashleigh and Benji were really reassuring and friendly throughout. Well worth the 2.5 hr journey to get there.

Define Clinic was recommend to me and I received the best care from Benji and Ashleigh, they really helped me gain my confidence back. I honestly can't thank them enough for this, they went above and beyond and I always felt at ease. Obagi Nu-Derm Kit was a 3 month at home treatment plan and I couldn't believe the results when I saw the beginning & final pictures side-by-side, all the dark malasma was finally gone. Thank you again for helping this new mum feel like me again!

Define Clinic is providing such an excellent service. Just moved from San Francisco to London, and so glad I found such a talented Doctor. The service in California was excellent but by all means, this is really so much better. I did not feel anything during the treatment and everyone was so thorough. After the treatment, I was able to go home right away without any sign on the face. Dr. Benji Dhillon has really golden hands, was so honest and professional about what can be done and what cannot with clear explanations on why. Highly recommended.

This clinic is one of the best I've been too. All of the staff are lovely and the practitioners definitely know what they're doing. For my first procedure (CoolSculpting), I felt really welcomed, well informed and felt genuine care. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend Benji enough! I had some cheek and nasolabial fillers about a month ago and they've settled in perfectly and seamlessly. As an injector myself I don't trust many people, but Benji is precise and thorough and I felt like i was in the best hands! Thanks again!
