Great service from Defendapak - I use them for postal tubes, vinyl mailers (great for sending small prints) and most recently for some printed Kraft (plastic free) tape roll - great service and great product delivered swiftly.
I regularly use Defendapack for my vinyl/record mailers, they have some excellent quality products that I would highly recommend. Quick delivery and excellent customer service. Special thank you to Julie for all her help
I've ordered with Defendapack for 5 years now and always found them to be excellent. Great value for money, and whenever I've had a small issue, Julie has always been very helpful. It's a shame to see a handful of recent bad reviews - they're 'up against it' at the moment - their Twitter explains \severe board shortages in the U.K. due to a lack of paper entering the recycling system because of retail closures etc. means we are struggling to manufacture certain items at the moment\ Then add the fact it's December, and record online sales due to Covid. I have two pending orders from over a week ago - I've got my fingers crossed they're here soon as I'm all out of supplies. Defendapack - Keep up the good work in difficult circumstances!
I've been a customer of Defendapack for a long time, but sadly this had now come to an end and I've sourced a new packaging supplier. Their products are great, but customer service is appalling. I know we're in a pandemic, but when you're trying to run a business yourself and you get no communication, it's just not good enough. You have to pay next day delivery to get anything sent within a normal time frame, or else you could be waiting a very long time. Even when paying next day delivery (before the cut off time) it's potluck whether you'll actual get what you paid for. No one ever contacts you if items are out of stock (why put it on the website as in stock??!). Customer service needs lots of work as they never reply. Emails left unanswered for days and days. New supplier contacts every step of the way.
