I cannot recommend O.W Ellis highly enough - the care and respect they gave my Mum and the family was absolutely overwhelming. Special thanks to Annette and Jane ( together with the boys) who were magnificent on the day, with Annette assisting with the preparation and care, leading up to the funeral day. From the first call at 05.30 in the morning to the funeral/ Cremation nothing was difficult. The help and advice and the home visits from the representatives was done with kindness and understanding. (February 6th 2020) Today December 6th I received a letter Star asking me if I would like to put a star on their in-house Xmas tree with my loved ones name on it and a message in memory of them. I think this is a wonderful and kind thought needless to say I have done so . A Family Thank You.
