I contacted Deeside Volvo regarding a fault light showing for the emission system on my Volvo V60. They very quickly arranged to inspect the car and identified the problem ( a sensor probe). They had the part in stock and replaced it, all within 2 hours. I cannot fault their customer service nor the speed and professionalism they showed in identifying the problem and sorting it out - and had me back on the road as quickly as they did is an added bonus. Thanks to all at Deeside Volvo. In the unfortunate event I need my Volvo \sorting out\ again, I know where I shall take it!

Really great experience! Unfortunately the car wasn't for me however Will was lovely and allowed us to have plenty of time around the car ourselves. They also had an excellent system to avoid contamination during the Corona virus pandemic. Everything was properly sanitised and carefully handled with gloves!

Had real issues with my XC60 (no power steering, brakes stuck on, couldn't change gear (auto-box), and it often wouldn't let me remove the key). A main Volvo dealer couldn't workout what was wrong, and another Volvo specialist had the car for 4 weeks and gave up on it. I was then recommended Deeside Motor Centre from the AA man who came to rescue me, and also someone in work. Within a day, they had identified the issue and asked me if I wanted to go ahead with the work after telling me the cost. A couple of days later, it was all fixed and now works perfectly. I trust them implicitly with my car and now won't take it anywhere else. By coincidence, it was also due for its annual service and booked it in with Deeside. I love the way the send a video of the car and talk about what they've found, then you can select on screen on the items you want fixing with the cost of each item to fix, so there's no bill shock. The car is due an MOT in 5 months but will not be going anywhere else. Nice to find a garage that is not only honest, it's a fair price, keeps you in the loop all the time, nice people and know what they're doing. I dealt with Nathan and he and his team in servicing were fantastic. Brilliant job guys, and thanks once again. It's like driving a new car now! Top marks.

Following on from my last review and having owned the car for a year, the vehicle had a very uncommon problem with the Auto Gearbox which has taken nearly the full year to get to the bottom of and resolve - the whole team, Director, Manager and Technicians (especially Nathan and Ross) have gone the extra mile over several months to sort the problem out which for me is an outstanding service bearing in mind the car was over 8 years old. If you are thinking of buying a used car, look no further - I recommend Deeside Motors 100% they are Honourable and Trustworthy in every Department.
