I brought my son's bike in with a gear changing problem simply expecting an analysis of the issue and if something needed tweaking, with a view to getting booked in after a couple of weeks. Without any fuss, Jason interrupted his work, diagnosed the problem (knackered cabling) and proceeded to fix it there and then. It was refreshing to see a master at work as Jason is superb at his job and provided fantastic customer service. He was also very transparent on the pricing for this and any future work to the bike. This is the third bike I have taken to Dees and I thoroughly them.

Front of house 2.5 stars - a tad arrogant but then I've had jobs dealing with the general public before and it brought the worst out in me too. Workshop 5 stars. Jason was very helpful, matter of fact and I felt he went beyond the call of duty. A potential write-off problem (as advised by a different LBS) appears to have been sorted with a simple gear service...70 miles later and all is well, touch wood. Very happy with the price for sorting it out. Will use again.
Bought a great bike at Dees, and was prepared well by their team. But the shop fit on the saddle was way off it seems. After a couple of months I had a professional bike fit and they lowered the saddle 30mm, which is a lot. Now it’s perfect.
Jason couldn’t have been more helpful to me today, sorting out the most annoying gear noise issue on my new bike that had almost made me send it back to the retailer. Two other specialists had been unable to fix it. At very short notice he took one look and sorted the issue out, took barely 10 minutes.to do so, and gave me some really useful tips to boot. Highly recommended!
Bike arrived today and over the moon with it! As are most bike companies at this time, these will e busy but be patient and they will reply. Dan was brilliant from start to finish even contacting me during his down time at home to ensure everything went smooth. Cant thank them enough and will be back to purchase more. Thanks Dan and team!!
