We started our insurance claims process with Horizon Public Adjusters in January of this year. We worked with Jarroed Adler who helped in facilitating the process with our insurance claim. He was prompt, reassuring, and knowledgeable with our claim. I highly recommend working with him and getting all of your questions answered in a timely manner. I wouldn't be writing this review if it wasn't for him and his expertise. We are at the end of this process because of this company. It would have been done sooner but with the pandemic it slowed the process a little. If you are dealing with your insurance company and going no where, please don't hesitate and give them a call!! We are so happy that we did!!

Honestly, not a great experience. Keeping me updated is the only stipulation that I gave to the PA and he neglected to do so. The insurance company would write me about documents not received that I sent months ago to the PA. I would call and ask why and they would keep saying disregard the letter. I received the same letter asking for the sam documentation for 3 months in a row. It was ridiculous. I am glad it is over and would not recommend them ever.
