Peterson Home Center was great to work with. We ordered a custom design 2,300 square foot home. From the beginning to the end of our project, we had professional, knowledgeable, and reliable customer service. Miguel the office manager and project coordinator was always patient and answered all my questions and concerns with a smile and great attitude. Our new home is beautiful and everything we hoped for and more. I would definitely recommend Peterson Home Center, and hope to work with them again when we get our lake property. Would 100% recommend! After purchasing land we started to look at options for building, we had met with site built builders and a few other manufacture home builders when we referred by some friends to Peterson Home Center. Our first visit to their model homes was fantastic! We were able to walk around and tour each of their homes with out having a salesman hoovering over us as we discussed each one. Once we decided we wanted to get more information we were able to have a sit down with Miguel to discuss options and get a quote. He was able to get us our estimate with in a few days and we were then able to make our decision that we were choosing Peterson Home Center to help us get our home. Once we had our financing in place Miguel was able to recommend the different contractors we would need through this process and his recommendations worked out fantastic! The overall process from the time we did our build plan to getting our certificate of occupancy was exceptional! We had a few hiccups along the way from our lender that Miguel was able to help navigate. Once the home was delivered Miguel and Corey both made sure that things moved right along and that we didn’t have any delays. Miguel and Corey are both fantastic individuals and we are so happy that we found Peterson Home Center! We love our new home and cant wait to start making memories in it!!!

I have worked with Peterson Home Center for 5 years selling their homes in parks. Great to work with, & they really try to work with owners to resolve any issues. They do an all inclusive deal with getting all the permits, inspections done, etc. Their prices include the tax on the home, the permits, excavation & set up fees, etc., & close on time limited only by weather.
