I attend Clubbercise here on a Wednesday eve at 8pm and it's a great class!! The instructor Caroline is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I never knew exercise could be so much fun! The atmosphere is friendly and everyone has a great time. The staff of the centre are very friendly too.
