Searched online and I did read the review and everyone review was so good and we thought lets go to deepalis kitchen and it was first time we did phone up to book a table and they said that we should be there by 19.30 and we reached there on time and we did waited 20 minutes only to order the food and then we waited for 30 minute for the starter and we did finished the starter and the staff the two girls had so much patience to serve and do all the other things and we got the other food Naan daal makhni, butter chicken and youghurt. In which the Naan was the packed one and was so dry that we was struggling to do the piece to eat and the yoghurt was like greek youghurt. We did told the staff to call the manager and she came to us and we did said that the Naan was not fresh and she said I know that but we finished the fresh naan so thats why we gave to you and she said the yoghurt as well is fresh but it was the greek yoghurt.

This place never disappoints us. Proper Indian style Street food is a rare find in UK where they don't alter taste for local (goras) taste buds.
Recently visited the restaurant with my family of 7 & really enjoyed our food. Will definitely come again for the Chilli paneer and the tasty Dosa.
Food was really great- so tasty. It was cooked fresh but this meant delays in it coming to the table which unfortunately wasnt explained at the time of ordering. Meal came out in bits- rice way before the curry which was disappointing. All food vegetarian and vegan. Woth some gluten free options too.
Diwali 2018. Went online and downloaded the menu as per the photo. Called up and ordered 3 aloo and 3 gobi parotas 2 large samosa chaats. Confirmed the price only to find the online menu is not up to date. This is the second time this has happened with their pricing, had a similar issue last year when we ate in and cans of drinks were printed as 49p yet deepalis charged us 1 per can. Anyway back to this visit, i Called at 12pm Asked how long it would be for a collection, 25minutes perfect. Turned up at 12.30pm. Food was still not ready so i waited until 13.10 another 40mins. The place was near empty only 4customers. During my wait one customer complained they were waiting 30mins for their order to even be taken. Finally got my order paid and showed them they need to update their website pricing as it is incorrect. Got home opened up the food..... only 2 aloo parotas in the pack and 3 gobi ones well annoyed felt ripped off. Then as we all tucked in we found there was nearly no actual filling, it was like eating two buttered up chappatis with one tablespoon of filling. I would strongly suggest that anyone thinks twice before eating here. This once was a good place to eat but it clearly has lost any quality it had in both its service and product
