Great pit stop on the highway, masks are required inside, bathrooms are open (never the cleanest), if you use the Tim's app there's a curbside option, you put in your car details and they bring your order right to you! There's also a few picnic tables to eat at that are well spaced out. Love the little trails in the woods to stretch your legs!

Staff are rude and argumentative. God forbid you ask them to correct the order you are paying for. If they aren't arguing with you, you will be lucky if you get a greeting, a simple "hello" or a any kind of response at the drive thru window. Just silence from their employees, no greeting, no have a good day, it's sad.... You're talking to wall dressed as a Tim hortons employee. Just silence and a stare, shoving the debit machine and your coffee towards you in silence. Drive to the Tim Hortons on Garrison Petawawa or the one in the centre of Petawawa. Least their employees treat you like a human being.
Good service, polite people, on the ball, I enjoy that kind of attention.
Took longer for me to speak my large order than it did for the staff to have it ready. Very impressive how fast the service actually was.
Stopped over for a coffee. Bathroom was very dirty. Much confusion where to walk in and out.
