Will not be using them again, used this place for the first time today and after taking over an hour it arrived with most of the order missing , tried to call the store many times to Resolve the matter but no luck just kept getting voicemail after calling over 80 times we gave up. Personally I think it’s horrible customer service, so with a house of key workers, 2 didn’t get there food

Just had fish and chips as our usual shop has gone downhill The fish was delicious as were the chips but the chips were not too hot

Be careful if you use Uber eats. We ordered haddock with a scoop of chips on the app. It arrived on time but without chips! Not your usual fish and chips. I phoned the restaurant and they said I didn’t order chips! The app might not give you what you want on your order! Haddock was really nice but we didn’t get any chips. They couldn’t send us any.

First time ordering from here. It was a collection order. Order was ready in about 20 minutes. Ordered 1 large cod and 1 large haddock. Both Fish was great but haddock was the better fish it was still piping hot . We didn’t order chips as we don’t like chip shop chips. Ordering was smooth through a ordering app. The woman at the counter could’ve been a bit more friendly I suppose but not that it really matters. Anyways We are impressed with deep blue and will be ordering our fish from here
