Rude staff. One even made a gesture behind my wife's back when she didn't know what paint she was looking for.

Staff are a big issue in the carrickfergus branch. Rude and have zero interest in what customers want. Used to buy here all the time but since covid think its OK to stand and stare at you while you are browsing and when you ask for help they are downright rude especially the guy with the beard.

Very knowledgeable and helpful, good range of products for trade and DIY including paper, paint, colour mixing, tools, just about all one could need. Good value, quality products. Highly recommended.
