Great variety of healthy, fresh food. Located near Emory hospital, this brunch restaurant offers super juices, super breakfast bowls, salads, sandwiches, and breakfast sides that are common and unique. FYI the pancakes are HUGE and they give you two for your order. I suggest getting one then a second if you can finish lol. Overall this has been the best brunch restaurant I've been to. Friendly staff with great customer service. They genuinely care; not scripted servers to do this for their job. You can tell they genuinely care. Definitely coming back!

I had not been to First Watch since March 2020. I was happy to see the mask requirement in place when folks walked around the restaurant. Patrons were spaced nicely with no large groups. I felt safe considering COVID cases are rising. The food was great, as usual. The service was \okay\. I noticed a few of my favorite high energy, attentive servers were missing and I hope they are well. I will be back. I love this place!
I’ve dined in before and the service and food were both good. Today, I placed an order online. My order was scheduled to be ready at 11:45. I walked in the door at 11:40 expecting my order to be ready or at least close to being ready. The guy at the front door (no name) told me my order hadn’t been started yet then tried to go backwards and say that’s not what he told me when I know what I heard. He kept saying over and over “your order is supposed to be ready at 11:45 so you have wait until then”, as if an order will never be ready sooner than promised. I’m a first responder and we can get a call at any time. You would have thought he would have at least been willing to go CHECK how close my food was to being done. He was bald headed, salt and pepper beard and had tattoos on his arms. The sweet cashier asked me if I was waiting on an order and without me having to ask, he went to the kitchen to check on my order. Surely enough my order was ready and had been sitting there. It just had not been brought to the front. The rude bald guy displayed his sarcasm and said “well look there! Your food was even ready a minute early!” Because of him and his attitude, I am hesitant if I will ever dine in or place an order for take out again.
Wow!! This place is managed with high proficiency by Chadd. I was very impressed with his above and beyond to keep the customers happy! Even with limited seating, during the pandemic, the wait was minimal. Nice ambiance, strong coffee and Oh. Em. Gee!! The French Toast is fantastic!! Fresh juices and smoothies-daily. Many choices on the menu. This may well be my new favorite place. Thanks First Watch and big KUDOS to Chadd, the GM. (No food pics, because I devoured it with a quickness) lol But I snapped a photo of the cute sign! Check the menu and even try DoorDash Grub Hub, etc. you’ll be glad you did.
Hey so I moved to Atlanta about 2 years ago. My mother took me to this place for breakfast one day an needless to say I won't leave!!!! The food has been good every single time! To even make it better the staff is incredible! I love the service. The Team makes me feel special as soon as I come in. Special shout out to the following. Tony, Chad ,Brent and my favorite two women lavita and Rose the best customer service hands down!
