I usually never leave a review, but in this case I must. This place and the people are so wonderful!!! I usually drive 30 minutes away to get my \company paid\ DOT Physical, but from now on I will be paying out of pocket for the convenience, and the jovial and easy environment of this place. I will also be going back for the chiropractic adjustments regularly. Great place!!! \Uncle Phil\

Friendly staff, the doctor was amazing, I didn't have to wait to be seeing and on top of that the price for the test is fairly good I highly recommended it.
Got a letter from driver services that my DOT certification had expired. Had 3 weeks to get certified. Called around and found Express DOT Physicals in Flat Shoals Crossing in Decatur. Staff was very nice and friendly. Special props go to Aimee. She had a very cheerful attitude, kept you laughing while waiting to get your physical. Didn't get the other young lady's name but she was very friendly as well. I was in and out between 20-30 mins. No appointment needed and the cost of the physical is reasonably priced if you have to pay out of your own pocket. I would definitely recommend this place if you need a DOT physical.
Very friendly staff! Very professional. They prices are unbeatable. Will definitely recommend this location to anyone in Ga. Why not go here for your DOT physicals when they're cheaper and very helpful.
