Hung up on me, lied about being a manager when I asked to speak with one, rude, unprofessional, just plain childish. Go somewhere else
They offered good food
Family member had already been in an abusive relationship and didn't know she had to go to the courthouse for a change of address. I didn't know that either but the bonding company always is informed of an up coming court date. 2 witnesses to the fact that my child got a phone call after her court date and this company had their people arrest her. My child didn't get her court date so she's being held in Dekalb Cty until the judge hears her case. This makes 3weeks. She had a job and a home with two teen sons to raise. Now the job is gone and I guess they could careless about her 2 sons. This all is about an incorrect address and guess whose profiting off of this. I sure pray that none of their loved ones has to ever go through this. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS CAN YOU CONDUCT ON A HOLIDAY THEN TURN AROUND ON A MONDAY AND YOU HAVE HER ARRESTED! DELTA JET YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. SHE IS NOT A RUNNER. ALSO, THE LADY THAT I TALKED TO TOLD ME A LIE. Do not use this company. THIS WILL HAVE CONSEQUENCES AND REPERCUSSIONS, IT'S A PROMISE!
Just plain disrespectful. They act as of your the one in jail and they talk to ppl any kind of way. Not for the disrespect. And they keep you on hold forever. Unprofessional
