Deb was amazing to work with! Great customer service, the pony’s are incredibly beautiful and well taken care of. Such a party pleaser. Will definitely recommend to others as well.

I booked Deb's Party Ponies for my daughters 7th birthday party. I called and Deb answered to five me the info I need to book the party. She was friendly and responsive. That all changed though, after I paid my reservation fee. I booked over a month in advance and as it got closer I made several attempts to contact Deb to confirm my daughters booking before sending out invitations, as I never received confirmation from her of my booking I left at least 3 voicemail and called probably 10 times over the course of a 2 weeks to confirm but never got a reply. Finally after expressing my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication via voicemail I received a text from Deb confirming my booking, which was fine, despite how difficult it was to get any sort of reponse. My child has since fallen ill and I need to reschedule and I have been unable to reach Deb via text or phone. I asked a family member to reach out to see if she was purposely ignoring me calls and sure enough she picked up on the 2nd ring. I called back from my number immediately after and got no answer. So it has become quite clear at this point she is purposely ignoring me. Immediately after leaving this review I received a call from Deb. She acted as though nothing was wrong. I expressed that I was frustrated with the lack of responsiveness on her end and she became very angry, would not stop yelling at me, cursed at me and refused to do my daughters party. There is a complete lack of professionalism and communication. I will never ever do business with this company.
