It's my day off, I pack up my car on the hottest day of the year after deciding to give my stuff to charity rather than eBay it or put it on marketplace. Sweating cobs, my son and I bring in some items only to be told \don't put it there!\ \we haven't got room for this\. I ask if it's not wanted and the reply is \ I can't say no!\. We bring the rest from the car, I notice a lady purchasing a picture I have literally just left. But again I'm met with hostility \what's that?\ \its too big\. A towel rail, I reply and take it back out with me wishing I'd gone elsewhere. Debra, your volunteers need customer sevice training. If you have no room just say so politely.
