Every day a stop at the tims in Debert 6am or 4-5 pm order the same thing every time large ice coffee and a farmer's wrap half the time they don't even make the wrap because of how many cars are backed up in the drive through, I believe your supposed to complete the order not modify it for your benefit, very poorly ran ordeal sat in the drive through for 15 minutes one day for a sausage wrap, definitely a lack of customer service and being unable to multitask

EVERY coffee i get from this tims is not stirred. please train your employees how to stir a coffee. just because you pour coffee in the cup doesnt mean the sugar gets moved. constantly having sugar sludge at the bottom of my cup. its a simple task that seems so difficult.
Absolutely horrible service, everytime I've gone in the passed 3 months or more atleast something has been messed up to the point where I won't eat the food they give me and have to throw it out or give it away. Its very sad that the employees can't even get basic orders correct.
