Amazing and tasty dishes. Kind service. Nice atmosphere between asian zen and french class. There are so many disgusting and fake restaurants in Deauville that this place is a benediction!

Great fusion restaurant. The asian flavour is not so poignant but it is well blended with the french taste
Amazing food. We were walking down every street and stumbled on the very nice looking outdoor terrace of L'Essentiel. Service was amazing, very qualified, professional and kind waiters and waitresses. Food is mindblowing, truly wonderful alongside their good rosè wine.
Delicious food and great atmosphere!
Cuisine could be even more inventive/ risk taking provided the interesting Korean/French positioning! That being said: great atmosphere, fresh products, good service at 60 per person without drinks ( 50-100 EUR bottle of wine).
Amazing French-Korean fusion. We picked à la carte, we tried two appatizers one with fois gras and one with oysters and both were really good. We particularly enjoyed the fusion between the fois gras and the miso soop. As a main course we tried the Noix de saint jaques and the bavette. they were amazing, my favorite was the noix de saint Jaques especially with the mix with chorizo. The desert was amazing as well. The service was excellent, and prices reasonable and in-line with what they serve. I definitely recommend.
Amazing diner. The staff is friendly and helpful. The kitchen that you can see from the dining room offers a great atmosphere. Can't wait to come again. Worth every penny.
Exceptional service and wonderful atmosphere. All team wearing masks correctly and compliments to the kitchen for an incredible meal. Unfortunately I was eaten alive by mosquitos as the door to outside was wide open for circulation but all in all a great dinner.
