Excellent service. Dumpster delivered on time and placed exactly were requested even though no one was home at the time of delivery. Dumpster was very nice and clean. Pickup was made very quickly after call was made. Definitely will do business with again. Highly recommend.

We needed a dumpster for our "deep dive" into cleaning out our basement & garage that was filled with 20 years of accumulated junk. I looked around and liked how BTDT worked. I just was sent a notice from my credit card company that you tried to charge my card, and I don't understand why. I told you that I was having my yard cleaned out from a platform wood deck and patio with 1212 & rocks removed. I called you on July 13, 2020 to pick up the dumpster & you told me that the wood had to be cut down so that wouldn't tear up your tarp. I notified the worker's & they corrected the problem. You never called me as to why you would try to charge my card after we came to an conclusion that I needed the 14 foot dumpter. So, I guess you'll explain why you are trying to charge me more money now?
