Enthusiastically ordered a wasabi plant. Delivery was very quick, ordered in the weekend, got the plant on monday. Ordered it through bol.com. But when I opened the box I found mostly sand and earth, packaging material, and underneath that a plant that looked as if the box had been tossed around with the plant in it. Most longer leaves and stems had been broken (off). The plant may recover. But it is not what I had hoped for when I ordered it. The plant is twice as expensive on bol.com as on the website of dutch wasabi. And when I googeld the wasabi plant most info says it is a long process and not as easy to grow wasabi root stems as dutch wasabi seems to say. If it survives I'll still enjoy the plant though.
