I moved from Texas a couple weeks ago and rate cities based on their Mexican food. We got the shredded chicken enchiladas and beef tamales with a delicious frosty beverage. The food brought me back home where yummy Tex Mex is my breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would rate this place 10 stars for their food, friendliness, and adaptations in COVID.

This is the best Mexican place we've been to so far since moving to Colorado 2 years ago. 100% recommend. Carnitas were melt in your mouth. Everything had a great spice. Chile relleno was to die for. Rice was so flavorful. Salsa was smokey. Chichorrones were great. Can't recommend enough.
Us at Hand and Stone - Downtown LOVE D'corazon!! Customer service is as amazing and as soulful as the food itself. We order take out at least 3 times a week and it's become a tradition for everyone at Hand & Stone to eat dinner here together. Love local Denver businesses!! \u003c3
Me and my family spent lots of minutes deciding what to eat in Downtown Denver and at first this place attracted us because of their prices but their food was incredibly amazing! Customer service was phenomenal and very attentive. I flew to visit Colorado for the very first time and I’m definitely coming back the next time! Thank you so much to the whole entire staff that served us today (1/29/2021)
Mmm mmm mmm que rico! Every bite was delicious and although covisha had me eating outside at the park in the brisk air I enjoyed this so much! It's always hard to find good Tex-mex outside of Texas but this nailed it and broke the hammer as well. Can't wait to come back and sit inside because the environment felt so inviting and the staff made me feel home! The Enchiladas with beef were tasty but the rice, the rice, is where it's at! I look forward to coming back and trying the Enchiladas with fajita beef.
