Superb company. Had a problem with date of delivery and they sorted it out swiftly and even sent out lots of extra fish for free, which was a nice touch and a great surprise. Have shopped here before and the quality of the fish is always excellent. The fish arrive really well packaged in an oxygen filled bag, great quality. Will keep coming back to this company.
Unfortunately I had a few dead fish on delivery, but after contacting Dave at D.C. he couldn't have been more helpful. I received replacement fish, plus an extra one and all in superb condition. I have a suspicion that the initial delivery had been damaged in transit as there was a slight bit of water in the box, hence the low water level in the bag. The second delivery had plenty of oxygen and a balanced water level. Would recommend them to anyone seeking a good quality service.
