finally found my dream Rosa Clara gown in this shop, this one was recommended by shop sales lady, originally I like A line, but finally, I pick a mermaid dress from Rosa Clara and a red rosa clara night gown too, so excited and like their service, professional, and their tailor really can help me to make my waist look tiny, definitely refer to my sister and some of my best friends
Trust me, do not believe all of their fake good reviews here. I tried not to be biased and gave a try for this bridal shop, despite of their bad reviews. Made appointment and came on time only to get their rude arrogant staff asking me to find my own dress, while all the fitting rooms were also full by 3 other couples and all the busy staffs. Tell me, whats the point of making an appointment to get such treatment? And not kidding, their staff is really arrogant, at least that one lady that is not helpful at all, arrogant and look to you with a judging eyes. Their dresses are nice, but I have to say for such service they give to you, this bridal salon is NOT WORTH TO VISIT AT ALL!
Good selection of dresses at reasonable prices. Ask for the assistant called "MC" - he was really helpful and attentive.
Customer service is bad. They are very rude and impatient to customers . I also heard them gossiping with another colleague about other customers for trying more dresses on. Their dresses are not that nice for the price range they offer, there are other bridal stores that provides similar dresses quality with cheaper offer.
due to covid-19, original banquet cancel and change to a simple registration, this company staff is very helpful, especially my sales Mannis, becasue she can help me to change all my gowns from Dec to this month registration without any extra fee and their tailor can help to finish all alteration within 5 days, service is very good, under this pandemic, they really help me a lot. once I have the banquet date next year, for sure will rent more gowns in this company.
Refer by one of my best friend to this shop, happy about their service, and so many night gowns and cheong sam there, have tried few and have to think about the total budget, sales service good and not push me to make decision , definitely will refer to my best friends too.
