Margarita made with club soda after returning the 1st because it was incredibly sour. Cold pasta under chicken parmigiana. Sent it back to be heated and was delivered a dish with only half the chicken. Spoke to manager and she didn't understand the concept of half the chicken being gone. I ordered a full portion of chicken not half.
Hand sanitizer right when u walk in. Very clean plenty of space between tables. They are very friendly and helpful and the steak tips were the best seriously the best. Potatoes and broccli a look so very good. Then the free refills on strawberry lemonade made it an awesome experience
What's great about the 99 vs. other restaurants in the area is the consistancy of the food! It has made us super loyal customers. You just don't get that with any of the restaurants in this area. If you like a dish, 9 to 1 it'll be the same the next time you order. Since they have offered delivery we have been ordering once a week. We are charged various amounts for delivery, although it says 5.99 on the main screen when ordering though google, but that is not the restaurants fault, I don't think. Steak tips are exceptional, as is the French onion soup, pot pie and country chicken. After we put the baby down it is nice to be able to relax together instead of having to go pick up food! Various choices in each section. Would be great to have more salad options and better cuts of meat, and we're glad they've expanded their seafood at the moment since that does tend to get boring. You can't beat the prices for a good meal you don't have to cook yourself! :)
Is a chain. Consistent but just ok. Really good service though.
