What sort of company cannot be botheted to update either the nhs or their own website on opening times. I made a journey to you at 11pm 20/06/2020 as i needed medication urgently after being told and reading online you open untill midnight , only to get there and your shutters down and cleaning staff in whom inform me that you changed you opening times and days about 2 months ago. So as you can guess when i spoke again to the nhs the following morning they were as surprised as me . So from me you dont even deserve 1 star , and feel that the industry you are in leaves your actions dispicable and very very unproffesional , you will not see my buisness at any point in the future and hope you can realise the importance to provide the correct information

Incorrect opening hours left on the website and not updated during the Covid-19 time changes. We rushed out to get there before midnight as instructed by the nurses to collect a prescribed pain/sedation medication as an emergency for a terminally I'll cancer patient who was writhing in agony during his final days. The pharmacy claims it is open until midnight and this was the information passed on to us by the Macmillan nurses. To our utter dispair, we found it had closed at 9pm. A very sick man now has to suffer through an excruciatingly long night until later in the morning.
