Awful pharmacy. They're nice people but every single week they get my meds wrong. Its never ready. They say they can't find the prescription and then 10 mins later they do. They give me some things and forget the others. There hasn't been a single week where they get it right and I'm not even on much. Times where someone has picked it up for me and they haven't checked inside before leaving, they give it to me and vital meds are missing. Its just a stressful weekly ordeal and it doesn't matter how nicely or politely I ask them about it or mention the issue, the same thing happens the next week. Oh and they hardly ever answer the phone. It rings out almost every time and then just hangs up saying nobody can take your call. Fed up now and going to see if I can get it to a different pharmacy.
Day & Night Pharmacy have literally been a life saver on several occasions for me. The customer service is excellent and the evening staff are especially friendly and helpful. I just cannot thank them enough!
