Great experience all around. The manager and the staff at this store are fantastic. They are knowledgeable and help with any questions that you have and encourage you to call when you get home with your purchase if you have any further questions. I can not say enough how impressed I was with my experience.

My husband and I adopted our sweet kitty elsa from here. The staff was amazing. Helped us to make sure we got everything we need and made sure we used all the coupons that came with adopting her. She is an awesome cat and we couldn't be more happy!
Love the environment, everyone is friendly and helpful especially with our puppy Beau! The trainer Nichole is amazing and talks with us about how things are going, and if we go in on different days of the week she still greets us and pets Beau instead of ignoring us, which is a lot to ask of at petsmart. Awesome people, great environment!
I love that Petco allows me to exchange what doesn't work for my dog and get what does. As feed companies don't offer samples, it is hard to know what will be appetizing or good for my dog. Fortunately, Petco makes it easy to work to get it right. Pets can be SO fussy! I only shop at Petco for my dog and most stuff for my cat. My dog lives to go into Petco too! He loves choosing a new toy!
