Laughable establishment. I payed for next day delivery and after waiting a week, I called to ask for an update. I was told my order had not left yet and wouldn't leave for another week. I therefore asked if I could be refunded for the extra I had spent on fast delivery but instead of this, all members of staff I spoke to just argued with me and kept repeating that apparently for them 'next day delivery' doesn't actually mean next day delivery. According to this shop, next day delivery means next day after it is dispatched. On their website, rather than having a 'next day delivery' option it should read 'two weeks, but next day after that'. I'm not sure how Mr Dawson hires his staff but he ought to review the process.

Crooks - This is what I ordered - this is what I got. Phoned and got fobbed off about it was what I ordered - ish. Advertise high quality goods send out second hand battered , damaged rubbish. Rude on the phone and unhelpful. Tried to support a small business and you get treated with distain and like a idiot.

Superb service - I ordered 12 x 4 piece dining sets. On receipt two of the plates had been broken but this was sorted exceptionally quickly and professionally by the team. Thank you.
