They were there to guide us, help us understand the finances, and basically hold our hand through what is usually one of the roughest crisis a family can face. They made my mother cry. My grandmother passed and we agreed for beshear to do the casket and stuff, and we have the funeral at our home church. So glad we didn’t have it at beshear. They are awful. Called my mother over 7 times asking about when we were gonna pay the money. We said we would get the money. But they kept calling. And they threatened to not let us have the funeral unless we paid the rest of the money that had nothing to do with the casket or anything, the money was for extras. And they kept calling when none of us had any sleep for the past 4 days busting out tails off trying to get things done. Never will me or my family ever lay foot in beshear funeral home again ever. I’m sorry but I don’t care who passes, beshear funeral home with always be the place that hung up on my mother, and made her cry, and probably broke my grandmothers heart up in heaven. Beshear funeral home needs new employees because the one we talked to, was rude, manipulative, and bitter.
