Matt and the office team were amazing from start to finish. The marketing was high quality with the photos taken by a professional photographer. They were in constant contact via email, on the phone and via WhatsApp. They followed up every viewing and gave feedback promptly. Following acceptance of an offer they followed up with solicitors regularly and went above and beyond when solicitors were not keeping in touch and following up on buyer queries. Their communication and efforts saved weeks off what was already a very long selling process due to difficulties during the Covid19 period. Highly recommended

Hi Matt, I wanted to Leave a Review on the page but I cant find how to do it... anyway with Fridays pending sale wanted to leave the following...... Matthew has been amazing from start to finish, we had no intention of moving house, however we saw a house down the Road and felt we needed to go have a look to see what was out there, Matthew agreed to meet us at the beginning of the year, and showed us around the house, Matthew was open and honest, and answered all of our questions and when the buyers accepted our offer we explained we had 2 houses to sell, this was no problem to Matt, he sent his professional photographer round, he did all the photos, the house sale was simple we sold to the first viewer the second sale not so simple, we didn’t live at this location, Matt did all the viewings, it sold and fell through due to covid, no problem it was back up again, and sold more or less straight away, it’s been a long process due to one thing and another as let’s be honest selling houses isn’t an easy, simple process but Mathew has kept us up to date throughout, I feel like I know Matthew well after the last few months because he has been amazing! I’ve probably pestered the life out of him but he always got back to me! If your looking to sell I highly recommend, same as if you see a property on Dawson’s I can assure you Matt will make the process as easy as he can for you! Matt was really excellent helping us with our purchase - from the point we put in our offer to completion, he was there every step of the way :-) Buying a house during COVID meant the process took even longer than normal, but Matt helped field our enquiries with our seller and definitely speeded up the process, making the process a little less stressful than it already is! Thanks Matt for all your help in making our house move happen - would definitely recommend.

We have recently sold a property in Elland through Dawsons Estates and based on that experience I would highly recommend them for the excellent service we received. We do not live in the local area and Matt provided an all-round service from start to finish.
