The food at dawns in lovely. We've had it 6 or 7 times but they just cannot deliver on time. We pre ordered 5 hours early today and its 30 mins late. (Still not arrived as is write this) if the timings can be sorted it'll be 5 stars.

Tried Dawns garden for the first time yesterday. Firstly got told would be ready in 15 minutes.... 35 mins later our food was ready. When we arrived to collect, there was a lady (assume a manager or owner) walking around the shop with no face mask on and not socially distancing from other staff members who she was also talking to with no respect at all and being rude to them infront of other customers. The shop was a complete shambles with boxes and mess everywhere. The place was dirty and whilst standing there waiting for 20 minutes my feet stuck to the floor like an old pub. We had satay chicken which had no peanut taste whatsoever, was just a yellow tasteless sauce. The chicken noodles were greasy and egg rice also tasteless and greasy. Would not recommend to anyone. The owner can’t even respect her staff let alone customers.
Used Dawns Garden before, really nice arrived on time or early, read recent reviews and saw not all good, should of taken note as this time disgusting arrived hour late, cold, seaweed tough and soggy. Satay Chicken dry and tough, beef noodles tasteless and beef inedible so tough, spring rolls missing. All in all total waste of money such a shame as previous really nice.
This is the best Chinese takeaway in town, no doubt about it, I've tried loads of the menu it's all really good. Super fast delivery and really friendly people's... Do it ! Trust me
If I could score 0 I would. Takes money online says its gone through then 2 minutes later get a cancellation message and a sorry we will refund you in a few days. Take online ordering off!
