The purchase process dragged for 9 months given solicitors and COVID related delays, a lot of energy was spent chasing different parties. Charlie, Rebecca, Kevin and Sam were phenomenal and professional throughout. They were readily available to discuss any issues and always provided suggestions to progress. We sold a new build property through Davis Tate and it was a great experience throughout from Sam and Charlie. From the spot-on valuation to help with the furnishing. Will be using them again for the next project.
I was interested to rent a flat they were displaying during the lockdown. Although they replied timely the emails they could not communicate between themselves, thus I was getting inconsistent information. When I asked them to communicate with the other members of their team and come back to me with final and consistent information they never replied again.
They sold my flat in super quick time at the asking price. Charlie went above and beyond my expectations and kept me in the loop at all times. It made a stressful experience very stress-free. Would definitely recommend to anyone else in the Reading area to use them.
I am renting an apartment in Oxford and the service that the agency has been providing has been OUTSTANDING, a special thanks to Warren who is our property manager and even called me yesterday to check if everything was okay.
