We visited Davina’s today to purchase a mother of the bride outfit. Davina instantly made us feel welcome and relaxed. There was a wide variety of stock in her immaculate, bright spacious shop. She made us feel very relaxed and reassured, as she was knowledgeable, professional and able to give very good advice. We didn’t feel pressured at any point. It was a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable experience. We are delighted with the outfit. We can recommend Davina’s without reservation.

I purchased a pair of white Ribkoff trousers but they must have wiped their dirty floor with them before they sent them. Good job they didn't charge me full price and that I am very good a laundering my washing. I won't ever shop here again disgusting treatment of a customer !!!!!!!!!

After searching on line for a suitable retailer of branded Mother of Bride outfits, my self and my daughters future mother in law were very excited to find Davinas. Unfortunately we’d gone to the old address first but that wasn’t an issue as we’d happily travel to find our Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom outfits. We walked in and were immediately hit by a strong smell, which turned out to be nail polish - the lady at the desk was painting her nails. I should point out that we visited on Thursday 07 February at 4.10pm - we’d gone along to find out what’s on offer and how we order our dream outfits. Having walked in and said hello, lady enquired what we were looking for and we happily told her. “That’s all we have left over on that side” was the curt response! We began looking at the outfits, I asked “if I see something I like do you then order it in?” Reply “ No, I said that’s all we have left but you can try anything on”. Then she said “Are you both at the same wedding?” With that she left the front of the shop. We knew by the lady’s final comment that she hadn’t been interested in us at all. My friend and I were not only stunned but very upset. We knew some places might be snooty but rude? These outfits cost hundreds and hundreds of pounds, we (wrongly) thought going to a small local business might offer us a better service than going into a city. My advice? Avoid at all cost and spend your money elsewhere. This experience has left us both disheartened and dampened what should of been the beginning of a great experience. As Julia Roberts said in the film Pretty Woman - “BIG MISTAKE, HUGE, MASSIVE.....” Our purchases would of led to at least 4 more sales on top of our own.

Wow! Amazing service in a calm atmosphere. There was a superb collection of stock to chose from and as much help as required, not pushing in any way. Highly knowledgeable staff with great confidence. I left feeling a million dollars, not only with a mother of the bride outfit and hat but also with shoes and a matching clutch bag!

What a WONDERFUL experience!!!!! I was shopping with my mum today (11th June) for Mother of the Bride outfits. Divina is everything you wish for when shopping for such an occasion. She's strikes the PERFECT balance for attentiveness and privacy. She is SUPER welcoming and such a warm and friendly lady. We had THE BEST experience ever! I hope the lady from the previous review called Divina, as having met her today I assure you that customer service is her number one priority. In fact smiling, caring and charming customer service comes naturally to Divina. She clearly works hard and ensures she has the highest quality clothing. Divina has a great eye for detail. There are no sales pitches or sales pressure so if you're after a relaxing and pleasurable shopping experience come to Divina's. We loved our experience with you today, Mum feels a million dollars in the dress she bought off you and she certainly looks it! It was a pleasure meeting you today, thank you Divina, we will be back again!
