Thanks to Silly Farm for saving my me from a distaster at my gig last week. I ordered glitter tattoos stencils due to the other company charged me and never came thru . I had a gut feeling after I did it . So I called Silly Farm and the conversation was very pleasant and my order came thru as promised . Thank you thank you ! I learned a lesson learned , stick with professional companies like Silly Farm and your life will be easier .. I will use who delivers and not fly by night ads from people that promise the moon and it never shined . Again thank you . Their customer service always goes above and beyond! All of their staff are friendly and ready to help you. They are knowledgable and willing to answer any questions you may have. Exceptional customer service. Called them direct with a question and actually got to speak with silly Heather herself. She said she loves talking with her customers. She helped fix a problem with billing and a high dollar amount purchase. They also kept us informed of the delayed shipping issue because of Covid 19 and the craft n go. Her supplier was closed for a few weeks. Craft n go came directly from the supplier and silly farm told us all that up front a head of time.
