This is our go to restaurant antime we are near Asheboro. Great food, incredible variety and top notch service.

Surprisingly great food and service. Let's not forget the very reasonable prices! We were long overdue for food & ordered appetizers & main courses.......mistake. we had more food to take home than we were able to eat there. The leftovers were too much to eat in just one more meal. If you have to have a problem, too much great food is a good one to have. Definitely kid friendly too. Last note that we live 90 minutes away and are already planning a road trip to have dinner out again.
My boyfriend and I were so pleasantly surprised by this little diner! We stopped for lunch on our way to a Getaway cabin with our two dogs. Everyone was so friendly and they were very accommodating of our dogs. We got a turkey club and chicken and cheese with french fries and both were delicious. They came with a cup of soup which was also great. The fries were hot, fresh, and crispy. And our bill ended up only being around 17!! Great food for a great price. They have a huuuge menu with your typical diner fare, but also things like BBQ and some Mexican food as well. They also have a drive through which is really cool. I definitely recommend this place if you're in the area and need a quick bite.
Good prices for ample portions of good food. The chicken noodle soup is fantastic
We stopped in here for breakfast on the way to the zoo. I got eggs, corned beef hash, pancakes, bacon, and a bacon and cheese biscuit. The food was very tasty. I went with a group of people and everyone really enjoyed the food. The corned beef has was fried perfectly like I like it. The biscuit was soft. Great prices. Great location and a lot of parking. The only knock I would really have on David's was the service was a little slow and it took a while to get our check. We would still stop here again if back in the area in the future.
