Excellent customer service. When they found some unexpected issues while doing maintenance they took the initiative to reach out to my extended warranty for me and handled the entire process. I had a great experience. Wile I waited I could sit outside and when they did there check of the car they sent me text. The text informed me of different things they would suggest doing with the cost listed. I could decide if I wanted to have it done now or later. Very straightforward

I recently purchase a new car from David McDavid Acura in North Austin; this was by far the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle! I traveled around to different dealerships the past few weeks, looking at and test driving cars. I'm thrilled to have gotten a new Acura! My salesman was Joel Walker who was knowledgeable about the model I wanted, as well as professional and beyond great to work with! He was kind, not pushy, and had a great sense of humor! When I went in to close on the deal Joel was with another customer at the time so Jeff Cervantes completed the paperwork with me. Jeff was simply wonderful too, just as courteous and professional as you would expect from this dealership! Myron Dixon was in the finance department and did the close-out paperwork with me and made the entire experience absolutely memorable! Then to top off the experience, I was waiting for them to detail my new car and their staff would be randomly pass by, EVERY single one of them would look over, stop and then ask if I wanted something to drink, coffee, water, anything at all? They were all so kind I felt as though they were friends. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, please BE SURE to stop in at David McDavid Acura, this is the best dealership in Austin, you won't be disappointed!!
