I have had excellent service. I did not receive the planning details from Southwark - although they said it was posted etc. A friend recommended this company ; he has used them on many of his building projects. I have found them extremely professional: they communicated regularly, they visited the site at various intervals and took my concerns (on my behalf) to the construction company.and ensured they were addressed. I recommend them highly. You will sleep soundly !
I was recommended Mark Simpson, of David Maycox & Co, by a friend who's Party Wall he had managed. Mark was excellent to work with throughout, from the initial enquiries, to the final signing off. A very genuine and friendly chap, he was always punctual, returned calls and emails promptly, no question to him was a problem. He was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, there were some minor complexities relevant to my party wall dispute and Mark picked through and sorted these with ease, including with some benefit to myself.
