My husband and I hired David Lund to remodel our home, after interviewing 3 other architects. His genuine interest in problem-solving and his passion for design were impossible to ignore. We could tell that he would be great to work with. The task we gave him was very challenging. We asked David to take remodel our existing 1950's home and expand into the screened-in porch and garage area. Creating a layout that flowed well and was truly functional was key for us. David's design delivered in spades what we were hoping for. Plus, the design details that were included in the plan were unique gave the house a high-end sense of style. Our budget was small, which was another challenge. However, David was able to come up with a great plan that was within our budget. On a personal note, he was easy to work with and seemed very invested in helping us achieve our dream.
